I\u2019m a coach, educator, and facilitator with a background in international higher education and a growing specialisation in supporting gifted and neurodivergent adults. My work is grounded in the belief that deep personal growth becomes possible when we are seen, heard, and given the space to understand ourselves \u2014 beyond labels or expectations.<\/span><\/p>\n

Originally from Germany, I\u2019ve lived and worked across continents \u2014 in Argentina, Ecuador, South Africa, the UK, Indonesia, and now the Netherlands. These intercultural experiences have shaped my sensitivity to difference and sparked a lifelong interest in how people relate to themselves, others, and their environment. Whether teaching, designing programmes, or facilitating learning, I\u2019ve always been drawn to people who experience the world intensely, think deeply, and often feel slightly out of place.<\/span><\/p>\n

For years, my professional journey seemed unconventional. I explored many roles and disciplines \u2014 curious, driven, and eager to make meaningful connections. Only after discovering the concept of adult giftedness did the pieces start falling into place. What once felt like restlessness or inconsistency turned out to be part of a broader, more coherent story: one of intellectual intensity, emotional depth, and a need for authenticity and purpose.<\/span><\/p>\n

This personal insight led me to deepen my understanding of giftedness and neurodivergence \u2014 not just in theory, but also in practice. As a certified RITHA Specialist (Radboud International Training on High Ability) and coach in training (ICM), I combine research-based knowledge with intuitive insight. My approach is warm, reflective, and structured, offering both depth and direction. I create space for complex inner worlds, while supporting concrete steps toward change.<\/span><\/p>\n

I work with gifted adults, high-achieving professionals, and those in transition \u2014 people who think fast, feel deeply, and sometimes find it difficult to navigate a world that wasn\u2019t built for their intensity or complexity. My mission is to help them reconnect with who they are, what they need, and where they want to go \u2014 so they can thrive authentically, both personally and professionally.<\/span><\/p>\n
